Dye Testing

If you see the river near Fox Metro is green or other bright colors, please don’t be alarmed. Occasionally, we will use environmentally safe dyes to track the flows of our water. The bright color is to help us better determine flow distribution and timing. The dye meets EPA standards, is fully biodegradable, and will not harm plants or wildlife.
