BOULDER HILL SEWER PROJECT

Updated 06/07/2024:

The work is expected to be completed in front of the Civic Center by Wednesday, June 12.

Fox Metro Water Reclamation District has recently awarded a contract to remove and replace the existing sanitary sewer in the Boulder Hill Subdivision along Circle Drive West from Old Post Rd. to Pickford Rd. The underground contractor, Steve Spiess Construction, will begin sanitary sewer improvements in May. During the sanitary sewer replacement project, area residents should expect some minor disruptions and should exercise caution when traveling through the project site.

The sanitary sewer project is tentatively scheduled to begin after Memorial Day and continue for two to three weeks until completion later in June, depending on weather and ground conditions.

This sanitary sewer replacement project will include the following general items:

  • Eight (8) sanitary manhole replacements within the roadway.
  • Approximately 1,610 feet of new sanitary sewer piping within the roadway.
  • Private sanitary sewer service reconnections to impacted properties.
  • Asphalt pavement patching on Circle Drive West in areas of the sewer replacement.

Please note that access will be maintained to homes and for emergency vehicles throughout the duration of the project.
